Friendly Cruises, Inc. and the sponsoring organizations give notice that all arrangements for transport or conveyance or accommodations are made by them as agents upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle, steamship, or aircraft or other means of transportation or through the act, omission or default of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers or carrying out the arrangements of tours or otherwise in connection with the customer’s trip or of any owner, proprietor or servant of any hotel/motel, other place of lodging or in connection with the serving of food. Furthermore, Friendly Cruises and any sponsoring organization accepts no responsibility and customer releases and holds harmless Friendly Cruises and any sponsoring organization for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in aircraft, ship or other transport services, sickness, weather, strikes or quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses must be born by the customer. Insurance is highly recommended and the customer is encouraged to seek insurance through the agent or company of their choice. The passage contract in use by carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchasers of these arrangements and Friendly Cruises makes no promises, representations or warranties with respect to or in addition to those contained in said contracts.

The acceptance of passage means the acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

The name of Friendly Cruises and its trademarks and service marks, may not be used in advertising or publicity without specific, prior, written permission of Friendly Cruises, Inc.. No part of this site may be copied, used or adjusted for use by any other website without the specific, prior written permission of Friendly Cruises, Inc. Friendly Cruises, our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, contractors, and sub-contractors do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information available on this website.
